Please ensure that you have the latest major version of the ActiveCarrot SOAP API Service.

To see what version you have, log into the ActiveCarrot Manager Portal and go into Connectivity to find SoapApiVersion:

  

We highly recommend allowing automatic updates to ensure your ActiveCarrot service is always the latest.
If you do not have automatic updates enabled, major SOAP versions will also be provided below where a URL is provided under the SOAP Service Version column.
