A direct debit enables the initiator, once authorised by the customer, to take payments from your nominated bank account electronically. Direct debits are typically used for recurring payments, such as credit card and utility bills, the payment amounts vary from one payment to another.

Paid to ClientFacility

Paid to facility payments are the payments made by Customers through cash, EFTPOS, cheque, etc., directly at the facility. In this case, the facility uses our Web Services to inform Debitsuccess that a payment has been made, Debitsuccess then adjusts the customer’s account balance.

Recurring Payment

Recurring billing occurs when a client facility automatically deducts a customer’s payment on a pre-arranged scheduled. These payments are processed from credit cards, debit cards or direct debit from the customer’s bank account.

Realtime Payment

Real-time payments enable businesses and consumers to make and receive interbank or account-to-account payments in real-time.

Casual Payment

Casual payment allows businesses to accept payment without having the customer registered with them. Casual payments are offered by Fitness clubs that offer casual gym visits. 

PayNow

Paynow is our public-facing application that allows our customers to make payments either via credit card or bank transfer.
