The Debitsuccess Webservice use cases can be categorised into three general categories:
Onboarding Customers use cases result in the creation of a new account through which a customer is billed.
Managing Customer Account use cases result in changes in the information held about an account or customer.
Monitoring Customer Accounts use cases enables the retrieval of historical information about changes and activity related to accounts.
Aspects of the Debitsuccess service which are not managed through our web services are managed through the Debitsuccess Business Development Managers (BDMs).
