Recovering your Account

If you forgot your password or username, or you haven’t received a verification email, follow these steps to recover your Debitsuccess Account.

 

Forgot Username

  1. On the Debitsuccess portal login screen, click Forgot Username.

  2. Enter your Debitsuccess ID.

The Debitsuccess ID can be found on the welcome email from us on signing up for services from Debitsuccess.

3. If you have provided us with multiple emails, choose the email to which the username must be sent.
Otherwise, the email is sent to your registered email address.

4. The email form Debitsuccess will contain your username.
Use this username to log back into the Debitsuccess portal.

 

Forgot or Reset Password

  1. On the Debitsuccess portal login screen, click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your username and registered email address.

  3. A verification email is sent to your registered email address.

  4. Log into the registered email, locate the email from Debitsuccess, and click on the Reset Password link.

  5. Set a new password and click Create.
    Use this password to log back into the Debitsuccess portal.
