Adding Another Account

You may want to add multiple Debitsuccess accounts to your Debitsuccess portal username. Once added, you can switch between these accounts seamlessly and manage them without having to log in again.

To add another account:

  1. Navigate to menu icon at the top right corner and choose Accounts.

2. On the Accounts window, click Add new account.

If any of your accounts are closed or cancelled you cannot access it but it will be shown greyed out in Accounts screen.

3. Enter the Debitsuccess ID of the account you wish to add and click Next. A verification link is sent to your registered email address.

4. Log into the registered email, locate the email from Debitsuccess and click on the Activation link.

The accounts page is displayed with a success message and the newly added account.
