Use Cases

The Debitsuccess Webservice use cases can be categorised into three general categories:

Onboarding Customers, result in the creation of a new account through which a customer is billed:
Unable to render {children}. Page not found: Onboarding Customers.

Managing Customer Account, result in changes in the information held about an account or customer:

Monitoring Customer Accounts, enables the retrieval of historical information about changes and activity related to accounts:
Retrieve payment history Retrieve overdue accounts in a given period Get accounts updated within in a given period Retrieve Facility Account Configuration

Aspects of the Debitsuccess service which are not managed through our web services are managed through the Debitsuccess Business Development Managers (BDMs).
